April 22, 2009, Chef Ian, one of our previous Chefs from The Gourmet Grille featured Chopped Turkey Salad in a King's Hawaiian Bread Bowl with New York Style Bagel Chips & Pita Chips during Aroma on Koma. This was done at the radio station during a live recording with Lisa Sykes & Kent Jones. They had a lot of fun with this delicious dish. Take a look at some of the photos.
