On April 28, 2009 Chef Ian, a previous Chef from The Gourmet Grille featured fresh field greens from the BUY FOR LE$$ Produce Department topped with The Gourmet Grille's signature "Greek Salad". This delicious salad is a mixture of red onions, roma tomatoes, fresh cucumbers, crisp bell peppers, black olives and feta in an Italian-style red wine vinaigrette with fresh oregano. Just think - you could go get this dish right now at The Gourmet Grille and taste it yourself in no time at all!
